Your driver license photo will be used to verify your identity. Photos must clearly show your NAME, ADDRESS, and DLN. Your BILLING NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, and ZIPCODE must closely match the address on your driver license.

Per State of Florida law, we may store your driver license capture in encrypted form for up to 180 days to prevent fraudulent chargebacks. Your driver license capture will automatically be purged at that time.

You must acknowledge and accept these terms before you can make a payment.

Unauthorized removal or tampering with, or damage to, an immobilization device will incur an additional $150.00 fee per device.

Authorization: By clicking this box I am giving Anchor Booting permission to charge my credit card the full amount due for the removal of the vehicle immobilization boot. I also indicate that I am aware that fraudulent chargebacks will incur all costs including the original vehicle immobilization boot removal charge, chargeback fees, court costs, and legal service notice fees. Criminal charges may also be filed for fraudulent chargebacks.

Refund policy: There are no refunds except for card processor errors, duplicate payments, or invalid payments. Your submission of payment requires you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Instructions

Get a Permit

You must fill in each section before proceeding to the next. Missing or incorrect information can result in being immobilized.

  1. Click on the Parking Permit Registration link or Permit icon at the top
  2. Select your vehicle registration state
  3. Enter your vehicle license plate tag

    Letters and numbers only. The system will pre-fill information if you have registered before as soon as you move to another field. Fill in any missing information

  4. WAIT for the tag lookup to finish

    If found, we will pre-fill information for you

  5. Enter your vehicle Color, Make, and Model

    If either of Make or Model is not in the list, go to the bottom and choose Other, fill in the info

  6. Enter your information

    Phone, Full name, and Email

  7. Choose the Community your vehicle will be parked at

    Once chosen, community information will appear. Pay attention to the parking rules and limits. Violations can result in being immobilized

  8. Enter the Resident's information

    The person you are visiting. Phone number, Full name, and the Street address including unit number

  9. Enter the visit start date and number of days your vehicle will be parked there
  10. Tap the Register button

You do not need to print out the permit. The permit will be emailed to you, the Community manager, and Anchor Booting. Missing or incorrect information can result in being immobilized.

Make a Payment

You must fill in each section before proceeding to the next. Missing or incorrect information will result in your payment being refunded and you must start over.

  1. Click on the Boot Payment link or Payment icon at the top
  2. Select your vehicle registration state
  3. Enter your vehicle license plate tag

    Letters and numbers only. The system will pre-fill information if you have registered or paid before as soon as you move to another field. Fill in any missing information

  4. WAIT for the tag lookup to finish

    If found, we will pre-fill information for you

  5. Enter your vehicle Color, Make, and Model

    If either of Make or Model is not in the list, go to the bottom and choose Other, fill in the info

  6. Enter your Phone, Full name, and Email
  7. Choose the Community your vehicle is immobilized in
  8. Enter the correct address your vehicle is immobilized at
  9. Read terms and click on Authorization box
  10. Enter your payment information including your card billing address

    We do not accept AMEX cards for payment

  11. Click on Pay button
  12. A receipt link will appear and your receipt will be emailed to you
